摘要
研究频率、磁场强度、薄带长度和退火对Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9非晶薄带磁阻抗效应的影响。结果表明:磁阻抗随着频率的升高和薄带的加长而增大,随着磁场强度的增大而减小;磁阻抗变幅度随着频率的升高、磁场强度的增大和薄带的加长而增大;退火可以提高磁阻抗效应。
Abstract Influence of the frequency, magnetic field intensity, ribbon length and annealing on magneto-impedance effect of Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 amorphous alloy ribbons was studied. The results show that the magneto-impedance increases with frequency increasing and ribbon lengthening, and decreases along with the magnetic field intensity increasing. The change range of magneto-impedance enhances with the increase of frequency, magnetic field intensity and ribbon. The magneto-impedance effect could be enhanced by annealing.
