摘要
丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)信号通路调节不同的进程,包括增殖、分化以及凋亡。MAPK信号通路的异常与多种肿瘤或增殖性疾病密切相关。MAPK主要包括5条并行的通路:ERK1/2、JNK/SAPK、p38、ERK3/ERK4和ERK5。其中ERK-MAPK可以作为治疗靶向目标。本文阐述了ERK MAPK信号通路以及其失调与结直肠癌之间的关系。
Mitogen- activated protein kinase (MAPK) pathways regulate diverse processes ranging from proliferation and differentiation to apoptosis. The abnormality of the pathway is related to many tumor and proliferative diseases. There are five major subfamilies of MAPK: ERK1/2, JNK/SAPK, p38, ERK3/ERK4 and E'RKS. The ERK - MAPK pathway is one of the most important for cell proliferation. ERK MAPK could be a molecular target for treatment of the disorder. This review focuses on the ERK MAPK pathway, consequences of its dysregulation in colorectal cancer.
