摘要
本文在分析校园文化育人功能的基础上,分别从思想政治教育、校园文化活动开展、日常教育管理、大学生心理健康、学风建设等5个方面阐述了辅导员在校园文化建设中的作用,并提出了加强辅导员队伍建设、促进校园文化繁荣发展的三点建议。
Based on the analysis of campus cultural cultivating functions, this paper expounds counselors＂ roles in campus cultural construction from five aspects respectively as ideological and political education, campus culture activities, daily education and management, psycholog- ical health education and the construction of students＇ study methods. Besides, it puts forward three proposals on enforcing college counselors＇ construction and promoting the prosperity of campus culture.
