摘要
利用气相色谱-质谱技术对德国牧羊犬、史宾格犬和拉布拉多犬三个警用品种犬的血浆进行了分析研究。结果发现,犬的血浆中有200多种物质,而这三个品种犬血浆共有的内源性代谢物有38种,主要是氨基酸、脂肪酸,糖类等小分子量的化合物。通过对检测到的38种共有内源性代谢物比较分析,发现部分代谢物的含量在三个品种之间存在差异。
The endogenous metabolites in plasma of three species of police dogs (German Shepherd, English Springer Spaniel, and Labrador Retriver) were analyzed by GC-MS. It has been found that there are more than 200 metabolites in canine plasma, but only 38 metabolites are commensal endogenous metabolites in three species. The commensal endogenous metaboites are mainly low molecular weight compounds such as amino acids, fatty acids, carbohydrates, and so on. Analytical results demonstrate that the concentrations of some endogeneous metabolites are different among three species of police dogs.
