摘要
随着高校扩招的毕业生进入就业市场,大学生的就业面临更加严峻的挑战。为了适应新的就业制度和就业形势,就业指导引起了高校的广泛重视。目前多数高校对学生的就业指导仅局限于毕业前开设的就业指导课,真正意义上的就业指导并未纳入教育体系,高校的就业工作想要有所作为,必须探索新的就业指导模式。
With the increasing college enrollment of graduates entering the job market, undergraduates face more severe challenges. In order to adapt to the new employment system and situation, employment guidance has aroused great attention from colleges and universities. However, undergraduate career guidance is limited to the course teaching before graduation in the majority of universities. The true sense of the career guidance is not included in the education system. Thus, the new modes of career guidance should be explored for making a difference.
