足月新生儿瞬态诱发性耳声发射能量谱分析 被引量:4

Analyzing power-spectrum of transient evoked otoacoustic emissions (TEOAEs) for full-term neonates

摘要 本文对115例足月新生儿,230耳,以瞬态诱发性耳声发射的快速筛查方法进行测试。分析500~5657Hz的各半倍频程的反应和噪声的能量谱,结果显示反应能量和检出率最高的四个频带为1 414Hz、2 000Hz、2 828Hz、4 000Hz,检出率最低的频带为500Hz与707Hz,反应能量最低的三个频带为5 657Hz、707Hz和500Hz;噪声水平最高的三个频带依次为500Hz、1000Hz与707Hz。左右耳的反应能量在1 000Hz、1 414Hz、2 000Hz与2 828Hz等频带有显著性差异。除2 000Hz外,各频带反应能量不存在性别差异。 Transient evoked otoacoustic emissions (TEOAEs) were measured in 115 full-term neonates within 5 days after birth via quickscreen mode in ILO 88 otodynamics analyzer. The power-spectrum of response and noise were analyzed in half-octave in the range of 500Hz and 5 657Hz. The results are following as: ①The TEOAEs incidence and power are higher in four frequences, i. e., 1 414Hz, 2 OOOHz, 2 828Hz, and 4 OOOHz than in other frequencies; ②The TEOAEs incidence in frequencies of 500Hz and 707 Hz is the lowest. The response power of these two frequencies is the weakest besides 5 657Hz;③ The noise power of 500Hz, 707 Hz, and 1 000Hz is higher than that of other frequencies;④There are significant differences in response power of 1 000Hz, 1 414 Hz, 2 000Hz, and 2 828Hz between ears of left and right. There is no significant sexual difference in response of frequencies except for 2 000Hz. These differences should be taken into account when TEOAE is applied in neonatal hearing evaluation.
