摘要
对某型号全自动平压平模切机的滚子链-牙排系统的动力学响应进行了实验研究,采用无线加速度传感器测量了牙排在不同工位下的三维加速度响应。通过对加速度信号的分析,获得了牙排进纸的间歇运动规律,并分析了速度、加工位置等因素和动力学响应的关系,为进一步研究平压模切机机器的性能提供依据。
Dynamic response of roller chain-gripper system of a fully automatic flat compression die cutting machine was studied. Wireless acceleration transducer was applied to measure 3D acceleration response of gripper in different working positions. The intermittent motion rule of gripper paper feeding was obtained through analysis of experimental data. The relation among acceleration,working position,and dynamic response was analyzed. The purpose was to provide reference for improving dynamic property of die cutting machine.
