摘要 综述定量核磁共振技术的基本原理以及在新药研发中的应用进展。定量核磁共振作为一种定量分析方法,专属性强、准确快捷,可与其他定量方法相互补充,用于新药研发的诸多环节,如药品质量控制、候选药物纯度测定及药物代谢研究等,在药学领域有很好的应用前景。 The principle of quantitative nuclear magnetic resonance (QNMR) technique and the advances in its applications within new drug R&D were reviewed. As a well-developed quantitative analysis method, QNMR is of high specificity and accuracy. It can be used to complement with other quantita- tive methods in new drug R&D, such as quality control of pharmaceuticals, purity determination of drug candidates, as well as the analysis of drug metabolites. It has a promising future in pharmaceutical field.
