摘要
本文在学习多方观点与意见的基础上,从技术进步、产业分工与社会使命的层面追根溯源正本清源,就当前智能电网的历史演变、现实背景、核心技术归类、主导机制、国家战略以及电网企业、监管机构的不同使命等基础性问题进行了思考。
In this paper, on the basic studing from the multi-perspectives and opinions, author traced the source and root of problem from the advances in technology, industrial division of labor, and social mission. Showed the preliminary views for just like the historical evolution, realistic background, the core technology classification, the leading mechanism of smart grid, and the national strategies, missions of grid enterprises and regulators,etc.
