Decision-making for substation retrofits based on LCM and risk assessment

摘要 从LCM理念出发,将风险评估理念引入变电站改造决策,阐述了风险评估与LCC、可靠性的关系,讨论了设备评价方法、设备风险评估模型、系统风险评估模型,针对华东电网500kV变电站改造工程,进行了实例分析。 The concepts of LCM and risk assessment were introduced into decision-making for substation retrofits.The relationship between risk assessment and LCC as well as reliability was illustrated,and the equipment evaluation method,the equipment assessment model,and the system risk assessment model were discussed.The retrofit of a certain 500 kV substation of East China Power Gris by using these models was analyzed.
