摘要
目的:探讨经后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术患者围术期护理方法。方法:对56例经后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术患者给予充分术前护理、密切术中配合及术后护理。结果:56例患者手术均获成功,无大出血、皮下气肿、尿瘘、感染等并发症发生。结论:经后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术具有创伤小、恢复快、效果好、住院时间短等优点,加强对患者的术前、术中及术后护理可预防相关并发症的发生。
Objective： To evaluate the perioperative nursing methods in the retroperitoneal laparoscopic unroofing surgery for renal cysts. Methods： 56 patients underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic unroofing surgery were given full preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative nursing care. Results： All surgeries of 56 patients were successful. No massive bleeding, subcutaneous emphysema, urinary fistula, infection and other complications occurred. Conclusion： The retroperitoneal laparoscopic unroofing surgery for renal cysts has such advantages as fewer traumas, fast recovery, good effect and short hospitalization. Strengthened preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative nursing care can prevent the occurrence of complications.
