摘要
目的探讨体位固定系统在放疗中的质量保证与质量控制方法。方法将体位固定材料放置于固体水模上,固体水模中心放置剂量测量仪的电离室,分别用6MV和15MVX线进行照射,得到一组剂量仪读数,然后拿掉体位固定材料,其他条件不变,再去照射,对2组数据进行比较,得出体位固定材料对X线的穿透因子。结果对不同能量的X线,不同体位固定材料所得的穿透因子不同;对于相同的体位固定材料,穿透因子随着X线能量的增加而增加。结论要确保放射治疗定位和剂量的精度,对于体位固定材料要合理使用,在临床中应对处方剂量进行必要的修正与补偿。
Objective To explore the methods of quality assurance (QA)and quality control (QC) for the body positioning system.Methods Put the body positioning stuff on the solid water phantom and the chamber dosimeter in center of the solid water phantom,and which was on the accelerator therapy table.Irradiated with 6 MV and 15 MV X-ray,and got a group of dosimeter data,then took off the body positioning system and irradiated with the same condition.Comparing the two groups of dosimeter data and calculated the penetrated factor of the body positioning stuff.Results The penetrated factors of the body positioning stuff were different when the different energy of X-ray or stuff are not same.For the body positioning stuff,the penetrated factors are increased when the X-ray energy is increased.Conclusion It’s important to guarantee the precise of body positioning and dosimetry in radiotherapy.Reasonable apply the positioning stuff,amend and compensate the medical prescription dosimetry in clinical.
