摘要
文章从新制度主义经济学的历史发展和理论入手,具体阐述新制度主义经济学的研究方法和创新之处,并结合法学研究,尝试探讨新制度主义经济学对我国法学研究方法的贡献和具体运用中应注意的几个问题。
This paper takes the history development and theories of new institutional economics as the starting point and concretely describes the research method and method innovation of new institutional economics. Combining with the legal research, the paper attempts to explore the contribution of new institutional economics theories to Chinese legal research method and some problems in applying new institutional economics theories to Chinese legal research method.
