摘要
为了探究不同土壤类型与青皮苗木光合作用的联系,将取自尖峰岭热带植物园的青皮苗木置于4种不同土壤中进行盆栽实验.采用Licor-6400便携式全自动光合测定仪对不同土壤类型下的青皮苗叶片的日变化进行测定.结果表明:1)青皮苗木叶片的净光合速率的日变化除次生林土处理外均为单峰曲线,无明显的"午休"现象;2)青皮苗木叶片气孔导度日变化,除胶林土外,另外3种土壤处理下的均呈双峰曲线;3)胶林土和原土处理下的蒸腾速率呈单峰曲线,次生林土和沙土呈双峰曲线.其中,次生林土处理下的叶片的气孔导度和蒸腾速率在各个时刻几乎都低于其他土壤.因此,不同类型的土壤可能对青皮苗木的光合作用产生影响.
In order to explore the velationship of different soil types and photosynthesis of Vatica Mangachapoi seedlings from tropical botanical garden of Jianfengling , Vatica Mangachapoi seedlings were grown in pots with 4 soil types.
