摘要
个人信息是信息时代中的一种重要社会资源。个人信息保护法律体系的建立能够保障人权,带来相应经济价值。在个人信息保护问题中,采用隐私权保护还是确立新的信息权保护仍存在争议。而我国个人信息法律保护问题的解决应利用不同的法律手段,形成相应的法律保护体系,而不仅仅是某一个部门法的问题。
The individual information is an important social source in the information times. The establishment of the legal system of protection of individual information can guarantee human rights and bring about corresponding economic value. As for the protection of individual information, there is argument over whether to adopt the protection of right to primacy or to establish the new protection of information right. In our country, the legal protection of individual information should be fulfilled by utilizing different legal means and forming the corresponding legal protection system, but not only depend on a certain branch law.
