摘要
目的:为农用复合精油杀菌剂的研究开发提供实验依据。方法:采用室内平板抑菌法对肉桂精油、丁香罗勒精油、柠檬桉精油和紫苏精油及其混合物进行室内抗菌试验研究。结果:肉桂精油、丁香罗勒精油和紫苏精油都有较强的抑菌作用,其对供试的9个植物病原真菌株的MIC值在0.5%~1.0%;在供试的3组复合精油中,Ⅱ号复合精油的抑制效果最好,在浓度为0.5%时即对大部分供试菌株达到完全抑制。结论:复合精油可降低杀菌作用浓度,增强抑菌效果,具有开发价值。
Objective: To provide research evidence for the development of agricultural fungicide from essential oil compound. Methods: The essential oils and their compound from 4 medicinal plants were investigated for their antifungal activities against 9 phytopathogenic fungi in vitro, with the oil's concentration from 0. 25% to 1.5%. Results: The essential oils from Cinnamomum cassia Presl, Ocimum gratissimum L, Perilla frutescens all have high antifungal activities to most tested fungi with the Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) of 0. 5% to 1.0%. It also showed that the compound oil take effect at a lower concentration, and among them, the Ⅱ compound had the highest antifungal effect, it inhibited completely most of tested fungi at concentration of 0. 5%. Conclusion: The oil compound can lower the antifungal concentration of essential oils, while enhance the effect, and with a good prospect for further development.
