摘要
目的对具有应变软化的三维复合材料构件进行二元扰动有限元分析.方法测量具有弹塑性软化行为的损伤材料的本构关系,建立扰动函数与塑性应变迹的关系,对三维构件进行有限元建模,给出典型截面和轴线的位移和应力分布.结果模拟结果表明,材料进入应变软化阶段以后,材料的承载能力下降.相对完全扰动(RCD)态为"孔隙型"的预测结果与复合材料的构件应力-应变关系结果不符,而"静水应力型"给出了较好的预测结果.结论基于二元扰动理论建立的模型能够模拟损伤结构的力学行为,二元扰动理论能够很好地解释应变软化阶段以后材料承载能力下降的原因,对软化材料力学行为的模拟具有优越性.
Finite element analysis of duality disturbance is carried out for a three-dimensional composite member with strain softening. The stress-strain and stress-plastic strain relations of the composite are measured, and the relationship between disturbance function D and plastic-strain trajectory is given. A finite element model of the three-dimensional member is set up and the displacement and stress distributions on the typical cross-section and lines are given. The result shows that the loading ability of the material decreases after the strain softening takes place. The stress-strain curve predicted from "void-type" of RCD model doesn't coincided with that of the composite. And the result predicted from "hydrostatic stress-type" of RCD is in good agreement with that of the composite. The decreasing of loading ability of the material after strain softening can be well explained by the theory of duality disturbance (TDD). It is concluded that the model based on TDD can be used to simulate mechanical behavior of damaged structures, especially, for materials with strain softening.
