摘要
校企合作的模式下,学生在企业的实习环节越来越受到重视。但是,在实习期间学生得不到合理报酬,人身安全得不到保障等问题也屡屡发生,严重阻碍了校企合作的顺利开展。因此,从国家建立健全相关法律法规、政府加强监管力度、学校加强学生权益维护工作、学生提高自我维权意识四个维度提出进一步维护学生权益的对策。
Under the model of cooperation between school and enterprise, the practice of students in enterprises was paid more attention than before. However, the phenomenon of invading rights of student often occurs during the period of practice, and had hindered the development of cooperation between school and enterprise seriously. Analysis on reasons in the article, we expect to search good strategies to safeguard the right of student.
