种子引发对大豆发芽和幼苗生理特性的影响 被引量:9

摘要 为明确种子引发对种子发芽及其幼苗生理特性的影响,用25%聚乙二醇(PEG)溶液引发处理晋豆19、晋大53两个大豆品种,并测定幼苗发芽指标、脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白、丙二醛(MDA)含量以及SOD、POD活性等。结果表明:引发处理后,两个品种种子发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数与对照比都有不同程度提高。幼苗SOD、POD活性和脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白含量升高,MDA含量降低。试验还表明,弱抗旱品种晋豆19的引发效果优于强抗旱品种晋大53。 In this paper, two soybean varieties, i. e. Jindou19 and Jinda53, were treated by 25% polyethylene glycol (PEG). Contents of soluble proteins and proline as well as MDA, germination indexes of seedlings and activities of SOD and POD were determined to study the effect of seed priming on germination and seedlings" physiological characters. The results showed that by priming, germination forces, germination rates and germination indexes and activity indexes increased to different extent, Additionally, activities of SOD and POD, and contents of proline and soluble proteins of seedlings increased, contents of MDA fell. Compared with the variety of Jinda53 with stronger drought resistance, the variety of Jindou19 with weaker drought resistance possessed better priming effect.
