摘要
随着近年来企业信息化的不断发展以及培训在人力资源培养中的重大作用,如何实施标准化的企业培训管理越来越受到政府、企业的关注。同时,于21世纪初兴起的软件即服务SAAS(Software as a service)软件提供方式以其价格、服务方式的优势,被越来越多的企业所熟知和采用。提出一个基于服务的企业标准化培训平台,它根据ISO10015标准对培训流程进行规范,运用Web模式下的B/S架构技术,实现了由服务供应商以"服务"的形式为企业提供培训管理的SAAS模式下的解决方案。平台架设在Internet上,面向多用户提供了底层统一但模块可定制的软件服务,并结合网络数据库技术提供了公共数据的共享和企业数据的管理服务。同时,使用基于角色的权限设计(RBAC)对平台用户权限进行严格控制,并结合MD5加密、数字签名等技术,保证了各企业数据的安全性和系统稳定性。最后,通过对相关技术的探讨,为培训管理平台的未来发展问题进行了展望。
Along with the growing development of enterprises informatization in recent years and the significant role the training plays in human resources management,the execution of standardized enterprises training management attracts more sights from governments and corporations.At the same time,SAAS(Software as a service) which emerged from beginning of the 21 century has been well known and adopted by more and more enterprise as a new way of providing software due to its advantages in price and service pattern.This paper presents a service-based standardized enterprises training platform,of which the raining processes are standardized according to the ISO10015 standard,and by using the B/S model of Web Service,it realises a solution in SAAS mode that the service supplier provides the training management to enterprises in a form of "service".This platform is deployed on Internet,provides module-customized software services on unified bottom layer to multiple users,and also provides public data sharing and enterprise training data management service in combination with the web database technology.Furthermore,in order to guarantee the data security and system stability,RBAC(Role Based Access Control) is employed to strictly control the permission of platform users,MD5 encrypting and Digital Signature are also applied to this system.Finally,this paper presents a prospect on the standardized training management platform in future affiliated to a discussion on related techniques.
