摘要
认为利用知识转移层次、知识类型、知识生命周期、知识转移时间作为四维坐标可以描述IC的知识流及其知识转移机制。这种知识转移机制包括知识的社会化、外部化、组合化和内部化4个部分。其中,社会化可通过交流、观察、模仿、探究性学习来实现知识转移;外部化可通过记录和整理、溯因推理、对话、合作学习来实现知识转移;组合化可通过通讯媒介、知识组织、综合学习来实现知识转移;内部化可通过培训、同化、行动、交互学习来实现知识转移。
Knowledge flows and knowledge transfer mechanism in information commons can be described by use of four dimensional coordinates including level of knowledge transfer, knowledge type, knowledge lifecycle and knowledge transfer time, while knowledge transfer mechanism is composed of socialization, externalization, combination and internalization of knowledge. Knowledge transfer may be realized by socialization through communication, observation, imitation and exploratory learning, by externalization through record- ing, arrangement, abductive reasoning, dialogue and collaborative learning, by combination through communication medium, knowl- edge organization and synthetic learning, by internalization through training, assimilation, action and interactive learning.
