摘要
对苦皮素G和J进行了1H和13C NMR检测,通过DEPT和1H-1HCOSY,HSQC,HMBC等2D NMR技术对这两个化合物所有的1H和13C NMR信号进行了详细解析和全归属.
Angulatin G and angulatin J were isolated from a insecticidal plant, Celastrus angulatus Maxim. The ^1H and ^13C NMR chemical shifts of the compounds were completely assigned using a combination of 1D NMR （^1H,^13C NMR and DEPT） and 2D NMR（^1H-^1H COSY, HSQC and HMBC） techniques.
