摘要
目的探讨下睑轮匝肌折叠联合松弛皮肤切除矫正老年性下睑内翻的疗效。方法对45例(50只眼)老年性下睑内翻患者施行下睑轮匝肌折叠联合松弛皮肤的切除,观察术后下睑位置,评估患者是否有角膜刺激症状。结果随访6～48个月(平均18个月),49只眼下睑内翻矫正满意,角膜刺激症状消失,占98%;1只眼术后4～5个月复发,占2%,经再次手术后内翻矫正。无睑外翻、成角畸形等并发症。结论应用下睑轮匝肌折叠联合松弛皮肤切除术治疗老年性下睑内翻不仅达到治疗与美观的双重目的,且简单易行,疗效确切、持久。
Objective Explore the curative effect of correcting the senile entropion by skin removal of Inferior eyelid orbicularis muscle joint loose folds. Methods 45 patients,including 50 eyes ,with senile entropion. By observing the post-operation position of the Inferior eyelid to assess whether the patient has corneal irritation. Results During the follow-up period of 6 to 48 months（ 18 months in average）,49 eyes were found satisfactory after being treated,Symptom of corneal irritation were disappeared,which accounting for 98%;1 eye relapsed after 4 to 5months,which accounting for 2%,After re-operation,varus had been corrected. Complications,such as ectropion or angular deformity and so on,have not being founded up to now. Conclusion By applying the method of skin removal of inferior eyelid orbicularis muscle joint loose folds in the treatment of senile entropion,we are able to achieve the goal of curing and beautification,and meanwhile it has the advantage of simplicity and guaranteed curative effect and lasting as well.
