松节油取代二甲苯在病理技术中应用的研究 被引量:1

摘要 探讨松节油取代二甲苯在病理技术中的应用,结果表明,松节油对机体为低害试剂,不属国家规定的致职业病药品范畴;二甲苯对机体为高害试剂,属国家规定的致职业病药品范畴。松节油和二甲苯对小鼠肾脑的影响差异有显著性(005>P>001)。松节油制片与二甲苯制片效果差别无显著性(P>005)。 Use of terebenthene as a substitute for xylene was approached in pathologic technology.According to national materials,terebenthene was not a reagent causing occupational diseases with low injury to the body,and xylene was a reagent causing occupational diseases with high injury to the body.Animal experiments showed that effect of xylene was more significant than terebenthene on the mice kidneys and cerebra ( P <0.05). The quality of sections of the two reagents was similar ( P >0.05).It proved that terebenthene could be used as a substitute for xylene in pathologic technology.
