摘要
目的了解深圳市宝安区育龄妇女对意外妊娠相关知识的认知情况。方法对接受我院服务的864名育龄妇女进行问卷调查。结果发生意外妊娠的原因主要是性生理常识、避孕知识及人工流产知识缺乏。结论应加强健康教育力度,有效传播科学的性生活及妊娠知识,可减少和防止意外妊娠的发生。
Objective To investigate the knowledge about accidental pregnancy among women at reproductive ages in Bao＇an district of Shenzhen city. Methods A total of 864 women were enrolled by convenient sampling and were investigated with a self - designed questionnaire. Results The main reasons for accidental pregnancy were the lack of sexual physiological knowledge, contraceptive knowledge, and abortion related knowledge. Conclusions Most of women at productive age have not enough health knowledge about accidental pregnancy. So it should be helpful to reduce and prevent accidental pregnancy by strengthening health education and effectively disseminating scientific knowledge of sex and pregnancy.
