摘要
以浓硫酸为溶剂和催化剂,采用直接酯化法合成反丁烯二酸-6-L-抗坏血酸甲酯(VC酯),对其反应条件进行优化,合成产率可达53.45%,并采用羟基自由基体系、超氧阴离子自由基体系、二苯苦味肼基自由基体系对VC酯、VC的抗氧化活性进行了比较。结果表明:在一定的浓度范围内,两者对.OH、O-2.和DPPH.均有清除作用,并呈一定的量效关系。VC酯对.OH、O-2.和DPPH.的清除能力均优于VC,具有较好的自由基清除作用。
6-L-ascorbyl trans-β-alkoxycarbonylacrylate was prepared via esterification by H2SO4 as the solvent and catalys. The reaction conditions was optimized and 53.45% yield could be obtained under the optimum synthesis condition.The antioxidative activities of ascorbic acid and 6-L-ascorbyl trans-β-alkoxycarbonylacrylate was compared through the superoxide anion free radical system, hydroxyl radical system and system of DPPH ·. Different scavenging effect between ascorbic acid and 6- L- ascorbyl trans- β- aikoxycarbonylacrylate in these radicalsystems was observed, besides the antioxidetive activities become stronger with the increase of the concentration.The scavenging capability of 6-L-ascorbyl trans-β-alkoxycarbonylacrylate to superoxide anion free radical,hydroxyl radical and DPPH · was stronger than that of ascorbic acid. 6- L-ascorbyl trans-β- alkoxycarbonylacrylate was found with significant scavenging effect.
