摘要
城市环境如何提高是当今受人关注的热点话题。当大家认识到城市资源产权是一种比较稀缺的资源,因此合理对城市环境的产权进行界定和有效保护是解决城市环境的重要方法。通过对城市环境产权界定的意义和相关理论的回顾,提出城市环境的产权界定和评估,最后提出城市环境资源产权的保护的措施。
Today,how to improve the urban environment is of concern in the subject.When we recognized that urban resource property rights is a relatively scarce resources,urban environment,conduct a reasonable definition of property rights and effective protection is an important method to solve the urban environment. Property rights of the urban environment as defined by the significance and review of related theories put forward to define the property rights of the urban environment and assessment of resources,in the end,concludes the urban environment of property rights protection measures.
