摘要
为满足高含气油藏及煤层气田开发的需要,自主设计了一种新型井下混抽泵增压单元,并讨论了主要设计参数的选取原则和范围,确定了增压单元的设计参数。该增压单元采用柱形轮毂、锥形轮缘的结构,具有结构简单紧凑、轴向力小、混抽效果好、适用范围广等优点。并利用CFD软件F luent及其预处理软件Gamb it,模拟了增压单元内的三维紊流场,给出了模拟和试验结果的外特性。
To meet the needs of multiphase pumping in the high gas reservoir of shallow water, a new type of compression unit for downhole multiphase pumps was designed, the selection rulers and extents of main designing parameters was discusszd, and the main designing parameters was determined. The compression unit used the structures of cylindrical flange and cone-shaped flange. This kind of designing is simple and compact in structure, small in axial force, good in multiphase pumping, and apply a wide range. The 3D turbulent flow of the compress unit is simulated by CFD software: Fluent and its pretreatment software Gam- bit. The characteristics of the simulation and experiment results were given as well.
