摘要
在监管条件下的护理,由于其特殊的工作环境和工作特点,极易导致医疗纠纷、人身安全的发生。本文就在监管条件下护理风险防范进行分析,并提出了护理风险防范措施,旨在强化护理人员的风险防范意识,及时杜绝和预防不安全因素,确保监管安全、护理安全和人身安全。
