摘要
根据热能表的基本原理,选择MSP430系列单片机,采用超声流量计与铂电阻测温相结合的方法设计了公称直径为DN15的低功耗超声热能表.按照国家相关标准对该系统进行了检定.结果表明,该超声热能表符合国家2级表标准,系统的平均工作电流为35μA.
Heat meters are used in the field of heating metrology.The measurement principle of heat meters was introduced.Ultrasonic sensors,platinum sensors and the MCU of MSP430 were adopted.The nominal diameter was 15 mm.The system was examined according to relevant national standards.The experiments indicated that the electric current was 35 μA in average.The results show that the system is satisfy under the Chinese national standard of grade Ⅱ.
