摘要
黔东南苗族侗族自治州(以下简称黔东南)有着丰厚的苗族鼓舞文化,极具地方民族特色。笔者从民族传统体育文化的视角对黔东南具有代表性的木鼓舞、铜鼓舞和踩鼓舞的体育功能进行研究;对苗族鼓舞的强身健体、愉悦身心、大众广适、社交等功能做了详细的分析探讨。
There is rich and profound culture of drum dance of Miao Minority in Miao and Dong autonomous prefecture of southeast Guizhou province, （hereinafter it refers to southeast Guizhou Province） and it has great local national characteristics. From the aspect of national and tradi- tional sports culture, the author of the paper intends to make study on the sports function of wooden - drum dance, copper - drum dance and the dance of stepping drum which are representatives of southeast Guizhou Province. The paper makes a detailed analysis of the sports functions oriented to drum dance of Miao Minority, such as the benefits of exercise, physical and mental pleasure, public popularity and social communication, etc.
