摘要
从生态文明理念出发,被赋予生态建设首要地位的林业,必须转变思想观念,从生态文明的高度重新审视林业建设。林业生态建设要充分认识森林的生态功能,要充分体现自然原则,充分认识造林树种选择原则,更要充分考虑时机因素。
From the concept of ecological civilization, we has given the primacy to forest in ecological construction, however, we must transform our ideological concepts, and re-exam forestry construction from the height of ecological civilization. Meanwhile, we should fully understand the ecological functions of forests in forestry ecological construction, we should fully reflect the principles of nature and fully realize the principles of selection of afforestation tree species, Moreover, and we should give full consideration to opportunity factors.
