摘要
巴蜀江油发电厂二期2×300MW机组的2号机组在168h试运行过程中发生功率振荡,引发四川500kV电网较大范围内功率、电压异常波动。经分析导致电网功率、电压异常波动的原因为:(1)机组在起动滑参数运行阶段,负荷目标值设定过高;(2)原低励限制线的斜率过大;(3)波动发生后,无功负荷未及时增加,而机组有功负荷仍继续增加。对此,将低励限制曲线修改后,机组运行稳定。
In debugging process of 168 h trial operation for unit no. 2 in second -phase project of Bashu Jiangyou Power Plant(2×300 MW units), power oscillation had appeared, resulting in abnormal fluctuation of power and voltage in a large region of 500 kV power grid in Sichuan Province. Through analysis, it is believed that the causes leading to above- mentioned abnormal fluctuation of power and voltage are as follows:(1)in the stage of sliding parameter operation for starting up the unit,the valveposition control mode was used,and the governing valve being put into the "whole open" position, the target value of load being too high;(2)the slope of original low excitation limit curve was too large; (3) after occurrence of fluctuation, the reactive load hadn't timely increased, on the contrary, the active load of the unit was still increasing. Regarding to this.the curve of low excitation limit has been modified, and now the unit can keep in stable operation.
