摘要
目的：探讨补片在女性盆腔脏器脱垂的应用及疗效。方法：回顾性分析21例行阴道前后壁修补联合嘉美诗补片（Gynemesh）患者的术后情况。结果：21例患者的总手术时间为100min（60-150min）,术中平均出血245.71mL（50-800mL）,术后随访1-12个月,2例阴道前壁轻度膨出复发,复发率为9.52%,1例术后出现阴道淋漓出血,2例出现阴道分泌物增多。均未发现补片暴露于阴道壁及补片感染。结论：补片的应用降低了术后复发率,病人的耐受性好,明显提高了病人术后近期的生活质量,其远期效果还有待延长随访时间进一步研究。
Objective：To investigate the application and effectiveness of anterior and/or posterior colporrhaphy plus mesh in treating patients with genital prolase.Methods：The postoperative complication of anterior and/or posterior colporrhaphy plus gynemesh was analyed in 21 patients who were admitted from January 2007 to June 2008 in our department.Rusults：The mean operation time was 100min（60150min）.The mean hemorrage was 245.7mL（50800mL）.All patients were followed up for 112 months.Among them,1 case was vaginal bleeding and 2 cases was vaginal discharge.While 2 patients occurred stage I anterior colpocele.The recurrence rate was 9.52 percent.No mesh erosion and mesh-induced infection were found.Conclusion：The applications of mesh reduce the recurrence rate.Moreover it can be tolerated and has a satifactiory effect in improving the short-time quality of patients＇s life.The long-time effect needs further study.
