综放工作面湿润剂喷雾降尘机理及高效降尘湿润剂的试验 被引量:59

Dedusting mechanism by water-cloud of wetting agents and the relevant tests for fully-mechanized and roof caving coal face

摘要 为有效降低煤尘浓度,解决综放工作面煤尘浓度高的问题,基于对添加湿润剂后提高喷雾射流雾化降尘机理的分析,设计了湿润剂溶液的复配实验方案.通过对表面张力、接触角、反向渗透以及煤尘沉降等多方面的系列复配实验,优选出了除尘效果较好的3种湿润剂复配配方.最后,通过现场工业试验,测定了3种润湿煤体性能较好的湿润剂配方的降尘效果,其平均降尘率分别达到了75%,83%和91%,其中配方Ⅲ的降尘效果最为显著. In order to effectively reduce the coal dust concentration, and solve the problem of high coal dust concentration in fully mechanized and roof caving coal face, based on the analysis on the mechanism of the increased dedusting effect after adding the wetting agents, the experimental methods for the complex of wetting agent solution were obtained. The best three complex formulas of wetting agents were determined through a series of complex tests including surface tension, contact angle, reverse-osmosis and coal dust sedimentation. At last, through industrial on-site tests, the dedusting efficiency for the best three formulas of wetting agents with higher coal-wetting performance was measured. The average measured dedusting rates were 75% , 83% and 91% respectively. Among them, the dedusting capability of formula m is the most significant.
