摘要
染料已成为世界严重污染问题的主要原因.尤其是排放到环境中的有色污水,不仅因为其有色度污染,还在于废水中的染料及其分解产物不但有毒还会使机体产生变异,对人类的生存环境造成巨大的威胁.真菌被誉为是降解染料最有效的微生物资源.近年来,许多学者对真菌及其酶系(主要是木质素降解酶系)脱色染料废水进行了广泛的研究.对真菌在染料脱色中的应用及其酶学的最新研究进展如生物反应器进行归纳,并总结各种影响因素如pH值、温度、重金属等对脱色效率的影响.
Recently,dyes have been one of the most important pollution sources in the water body,which pose a threat to the environmental safety.By far,fungi is considered as the most efficient microorganism for dyes degradation.In recent years,there are amount of researches on fungal decolorization of dye wastewater.This paper focuses on the decolorization of dye wastewater by fungi and summeries on fungal decolorization of dye wastewaters of various parameters such as pH,temperature and metalions on the removal efficiency.
