摘要
将具有中空结构硬硅钙石二次粒子和具有纳米孔结构的SiO2气凝胶采用真空复合,结合超临界干燥技术,制备硅酸钙复合纳米孔超级绝热材料,将此复合材料制成的纳米孔超级绝热板用于钢结构防火保护。对制得的复合防火板材进行了扫描电镜测试,结果表明,复合防火板中硬硅钙石二次粒子与SiO2气凝胶很好的复合在一起,并具有纳米孔结构;利用ANSYS有限元软件对普通防火涂料和复合防火板在钢结构应用中的防火性能进行对比分析,结果表明当采用紧贴包覆方法,包覆厚度为20mm时,复合防火板的耐火极限是普通防火涂料耐火极限的2.5倍。
The nano-porous super thermal insulation material compounded with calcium silicate can be prepared by using xonotlite with hollow structure and SiO2 aerogel with nano-porous structure through vacuum compounded method and supercritical drying technique, and used for fireproofing of steel structure. The SEM test is conducted and the results show that the materials are well combined with xonotlite and SiO2 aerogel, leading nano-porous structure. The fire protection performances of ordinary fire retardant coating and composite fireproof board are compared and analyzed by using finite element software ANSYS. The results show that when clingy coated method is adopted and the coating thickness is 20 mm, the fire resistance rating of composite fireproof board is 2.5 times of that of ordinary fire retardant coatings.
