摘要
通过试验,确立了在稀土的作用下,提高渗氮温度的可能性。通过二段稀土渗氮法与常规渗氮的对比试验,表明稀土二段渗氮法工艺比常规渗氮的渗速快、金相组织好、硬度不降低、脆性小等优点。
Through the experiment,the possibility improving nitriding temperature can be confirmed due to the role of rare earth.Acorrding to the contrast test between the rare earth double stage nitriding and the conventional nitriding,the results show that the rare earth double stage nitriding has the advantages which are its speed faster,its microstructure better,its hardness higher and its brittleness lower than the conventional nitriding etc.
