摘要
针对目前城镇地籍和农村地籍数据分散和分区域的管理模式,这些分散的地籍数据已不能满足国家和各部门对地籍管理和信息共享的需要,因此,建立国家地籍数据库已势在必行.探讨了国家地籍数据库建设的技术方案,针对国家地籍数据类型多样性和复杂性,介绍了国家地籍数据库的数据组织方式和总体结构设计,同时对建库过程中统一的数据参照问题、数据的集中与分布管理问题等关键技术进行了分析,并为国家地籍数据库的建设提供参考依据.
Aim at the current dispersing and sub - regional management model of town and rural cadastral data, the scattered cadastral don＇t data satisfy for the cadastral management and information - sharing needs of the national and various departments. So the establishment of national cadastral database is imperative. In the paper, the construction technology program of the national cadastral database is discussed. In view of the diversity and complexity of the national cadastral data, the way of the organization of the national cadastral data and its structure of organization designing are introduced. Meanwhile, the key techniques, such as reference questions, the distribution and concentration problem of data management are analyzed, which provides a reference for the establishment of national cadastral database.
