摘要
高耸塔器结构柔性较大,对风载荷较为敏感,在空塔状态下,风诱导共振对塔器局部结构的影响尤为严重,须引起足够的重视。针对某石化企业高耸空塔在风诱导共振作用下发生局部开裂的情况,结合SW6的常规计算结果,利用有限元软件ANSYS建立了塔器的三维有限元模型,对空塔结构的受力情况进行了计算。结果显示,在一阶共振条件下塔器的裙座与下封头相接处的应力水平最为苛刻。并针对该应力条件,参照JB4732—95对该部位进行了疲劳计算。
Aerial structures are very sensitive to wind load due to its high flexibility. Wind -induced resonance vibrations will have great impacts on local structures of high - rising towers, especially for empty tower. For the local cracking situation of towers under wind - induced resonance vibration, by combining the results of SW6 and ANSYS, the stress distribution of the empty tower was analyzed. The results indicate that the joints between skirt and bottom head possess the most severe stress. According to the code of JB 4732--95, the fatigue endurance was calculated for this location.
