摘要
目的探讨内镜逆行胰胆管造影术(ERCP)配合技师的培训方法。方法对学员进行理论讲课、技能培训、综合考核,就培训结果进行回顾性分析总结。结果学员能顺利完成内镜下十二指肠乳头括约肌切开术、胆管取石术、胰胆管支架置入术、鼻胆引流术的配合工作,合格率100%。结论经过规范化培训后的技师可以顺利完成内镜下逆行胰胆管诊疗的配合工作。
[ Objective ] To study the training methods of ERCP technicians, in order to improve comprehensive quality of ERCP assistant technicians. [ Methods ] Trainees were subjected to theory study, skill training and general assessment, and reports of the training were analyzed retrospectively. [ Results ] Trainees could successfully complete assistant work on endoscopic sphincterotomy, bile duet stone exclusion, panereatic duct or bile duet stent implantation, endoscopic nasobiliary drainage, with eligibility rate getting to 100%. [ Conclusion ] Technicians are able to complete assistant work on ERCP after receiving standardized training.
