摘要
本试验通过对化蛹第2d、5d、8d的家蚕追寄蝇蛹分别进行了7d、15d、30d的低温冷藏处理后,对家蚕追寄蝇的羽化率和对低温的耐受情况进行比较分析,研究发现:(1)经不同时间低温处理后家蚕追寄蝇的羽化率呈现一定的差异;(2)不同蛹期家蚕追寄蝇对低温的耐受程度存在一定的差异;(3)家蚕追寄蝇对低温耐受时间相对较短;(4)由于家蚕追寄蝇对低温具有一定的耐受力,在大规模繁育和放养过程中具有一定的应用价值。
In this test, the pupae of 2,5,8 days of Exorista sorbillans were divided into different group and placed in low-temperature for different time(7d, 15d,30d). Then the eclosion ratio of Exorista sorbillans was compared and analyzed. The study found that: (1) When pupaes were placed in low-temperature for different time, there are different eclosion ratio among them ; (2) Among different pupal stage, the tolerance to low temperature of Exorista sorbillans is different. ( 3 ) The tolerance time to low temperature of Exorista sorbillans is a little short. (3)As Exorista sorbillans has certain tolerance to low temperature, it can be applied in the process of largescale breeding and releasing of Exorista sorbillans.
