摘要
对堆焊碳化钨蔗对准焊层的组织、性能进行了分析研究、发现多数碳化钨已熔化,发生了组织转变,不能保持其原有的硬度和耐磨性;少数碳化钨虽没发生组织转变,但它们跟基体金属结合不牢固。认为,按现行难焊工艺,没法使堆焊碳化钨蔗刀达到预期的使用寿命。
The structure and propert ies of surf ac ing layer of knife were analysed and stuoied. It was discovered that most part of tungsten carbide had melted and their structure, hardness and wear resi stance had transformed. Although there was less part of tungsten carb ide on knife that had not transformed, but it was not firm1y combined with the matrix, According to present surfacing technology, it was impossib1e that the lifetime of tungsten carb ide surf ac ing kn if e reached prediction.
