摘要
目的:观察α-硫辛酸联合MEBO在治疗糖尿病足中的疗效。方法:糖尿病足患者37例,在胰岛素控制血糖的同时用MEBO处理创面,并给予α-硫辛酸600mg静脉滴注,连续三周进行抗氧化治疗。结果:本组37例糖尿病足患者经治疗后,32例溃疡完全愈合出院,5例足部溃疡面积明显缩小。结论:MEBO及α-硫辛酸在治疗糖尿病足中疗效显著。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of α- lipoic Acid Combined with MEBO in treating diabetic foot. Method： 37 cases of patients with diabetic foot were collected in the study. The insulin was used to control the blood glucose, while MEBO was applied to ulcer wounds and 600mg/d of α- hpoic acid as antioxidant was given by intravenous drip successively for three weeks. Result： After the treatment, 32 of 37 cases were healed, the rest 5 patients＇ ulcer area reduced significantly. Conclusion： It has significant effect to treat diabetic foot with α- lipoic Acid combined with MEBO.
