热休克蛋白70对离体大鼠供心的保护作用 被引量:1

摘要 目前.心脏移植仍然是治疗终末期心脏病的有效方法.因此,对供心的保护一直受到临床的关注。热休克蛋白(HSP)是一组由热休克基因所编码合成的高度保守的、伴随细胞的蛋白,所有的细胞都能在应激情况下产生HSP,其能对抗严重的应激损伤。研究发现.在多种因素刺激下均可产生HSP。HSP70是HSP中最保守、最主要和含量最丰富的一类。
