摘要
本设计在对图象进行预处理,包括二值化、滤波、倾斜校正等的基础上,依据不同字符的高度,宽度范围,改进了插值变换归一化方法,使字符的识别率达到99%以上,有效的提高了识别正确率,实验证明该算法可靠性高,简单易行。
The design first pretreats the image ,including binarization,Filtering,skew correction,etc. Then it Improves the Interpolation transform normalized method according to the range of the character s width and height.this algorithm which has high reliability can improve recognition rate accuracy to 99% and is easy to be put into practice.
