摘要
目的:通过内外固定术治疗胫腓骨骨折,分析术后效果。方法:采用外固定结合简单内固定治疗胫腓骨骨折。结果:本组患者采用该方法后,对患者创伤小,骨折愈合快,并发症少,患者满意度高。结论:内外固定术符合现代生物学固定的要求,并且价格便宜、使用方便、应用广泛。
Objective：The internal and external fixation in the treatment of tibia and fibula fractures,analysis of postoperative results.Methods：The use of external fixation combined with simple internal fixation of tibia and fibula fracture.Resuits：After using this method,could reduce the patient＇s trauma,accelerate fracture healing,reduce complications.Conclusion：The internal and external fixation is in line with the requirements of modern biological fixation,the price is cheap and it is easy to use,wide range of applications.
