摘要
加强课堂管理是提高教学质量,实现教学目的的重要保证。军事基本技能教学属于实践性教学中的现场现地教学,是课堂教学中的一种特殊组织形式。为促进学员军事基本技能的生成,在科学分析军事基本技能教学课堂管理特点基础上,就如何提高课堂管理质量,从明确管理目的,严格管理过程,突出管理主体和优化管理环境等方面进行了探讨。
Enhancing classroom supervision is an important guarantee for realizing the teaching purpose and improving the teaching quality. The teaching of basic military skills being on - the - spot one, is a specially organized form of teaching practice. On the basis of scientifically analyzing the characteristics of classroom supervision for the teaching of basic military skills, this essay explores how to improve the quality of classroom supervision by clearly defining its purpose, strictly controlling its process, emphasizing its principal part, and optimizing the management environment so as to help the cadets better grasp the basic military skills.
