摘要
颈椎间盘突出症是由于颈部损伤或颈椎间盘退变引起的急、慢性颈神经或脊髓压迫,出现相应支配区症状、体征的病症。对近年来颈椎间盘突出症的治疗作一分类整理及概述。
CIDH due to the cervical injure or degeneration of the cervical intervertebral disc,appears symptoms and signs of acute and chronic compression on Nerve and/or cord.Recently the incidence of CIDH is increasing.This article introduces the progress of the treatment on CIDH,which are categorized into conservation treatment,percutaneous disc decompression and open operation.
