摘要
分析了不同含水量的乙二胺液体的闪点变化规律,参照真实乙二胺储罐,进行了5次模拟火灾的水灭火试验,通过分析乙二胺在预燃阶段和灭火阶段时周围温度场的温度变化情况,对水灭火方式取代泡沫灭火的可行性进行分析并提出工程应用建议。试验结果显示:水可以作为乙二胺液体火灾的灭火剂。灭火效果的好坏取决于供水量,供水越多,灭火效果越好;在供水量相同的情况下,液上喷水比液下注水的灭火效果好;使用较大流量系数和雾化角的水雾喷头有助于提高灭火效能。
The flash point change law of EDA with different water contents is analyzed. Five fire suppression tests with water were preformed refer to actual EDA tanks. By analyzing the variation of temperature field during the preburning and extinguishing phases of the EDA fire, the feasibility of utilizing water to replace the foam as extinguishing agent is analyzed, and engineering suggestions are put forward. The results of the tests show that; water can be used to extinguish EDA fire; the effect gets better when more water is supplied; under the same water supply condition, sprinkling is better than injeetion; bigger flow coefficient and spray angle of water spray nozzle will contribute to fire suppression.
